Of course, we are not only a products company and offer a full range of services to support all our activities in the various market segments while working in composites. These are outlined, but not limited to what you see below.

We were chosen by a local antenna company to develop fiberglass radomes with fiberglass and foam core backing plates. These composite backing plates weigh a small fraction of that of their steel counterparts. See more pictures and description in the Gallery

The National Research Council came to us when they needed to replace the fan blades on one of their wind tunnel turbines. They gave use the CAD file for the blade and had us develop and test the structural design using modern composite materials and methods to replace the 30 year old originals.More pictures here.We later did a production run of 40 new blades to complete this project.

Another National Research Council project, we were contracted to build fiberglass ducting from male moulds provided to us. These were a rush job for cold weather testing, and the test window was rapidly disappearing. To see more click here.

Not only have we built fan blades for an NRC wind tunnel, we've built the wind tunnels themselves (on a small scale). This one has about a 5 foot diameter mouth. See more in the Gallery.
